• "Gregory Roper went above and beyond the call of duty ALL the way thru the process. He was thorough, accomodating, kind, knowledgable, creative, patient and so many other superlatives that I don't have time to mention them all. He is a gem! We had an issue just before the wedding which was very upsetting (involving a guest NOT an employee of your hotel) and Greg and Daniel Sullivan handled it amazingly. They were very calm and helpful and contained the situation to the point that none of our other guests were effected. Jerome, the Captain, was also amazing. He was very courteous, accomodating and extremely nice. He worked very hard and well, as did all the staff during the wedding reception.  We had several guests make comments that it was the best wedding that they'd been to. We, the family of the bride, also ALL agree. Everthing was fabulous and I can't thank Greg and the others enough for making it a positive, happy memory for us all!"
